FAQs

I damaged something in my apartment. What now?

It happens. We have even damaged things in our own apartments before too. The best policy is to be honest and communicate. We are all human and make mistakes! We can work with you to pay for damages!

Why do I have to pay a full month of rent in August if the move in date is halfway through the month?

We operate on installment leases. What this means is that we have calculated the amount of time that you will be in the apartment and divided this into 12 equal payments. For example: If we were to bill on a prorated basis, August’s rent payment would be lower at move in, but each month afterwards would be a bit higher.

Can I move in early?

We try our best to accommodate early move in requests, but cannot make any guarantees. If you would like an early move please request to be added to our early move in list.
